Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders and deliveries between Phone Heaven Zone and the customer.

Order

By submitting an order, the customer declares their binding interest in purchasing the selected products. The contract is only concluded when Phone Heaven Zone confirms the order and payment has been received.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. For other countries, VAT is not charged yet. Our main currency is Euro, but each product price is adapted to the local currency of each country at the current live exchange rate at the time of purchase. The adapted local currencies include:

• USD (United States Dollar) for the US
• GBP (British Pound) for the UK
• CAD (Canadian Dollar) for Canada
• NZD (New Zealand Dollar) for New Zealand
• AUD (Australian Dollar) for Australia

Payment is made in advance using the offered payment methods. In the event of late payment, Phone Heaven Zone reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.

Shipping prices and product prices are based on EUR and adjusted to the current exchange rate for USD, GBP, CAD, NZD, AUD and CHF and displayed on the website in the respective local currency.

International Deliveries:
We offer worldwide free shipping. Please note that there are no additional costs such as duties, taxes, or fees for international orders.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Return and Exchange

The customer has the right to return or exchange the ordered products within 90 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Disclaimer of Liability

Phone Heaven Zone is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Any liability for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages is excluded.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy of Phone Heaven Zone governs the processing and storage of customer data. The customer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of performance and jurisdiction for disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the location of Phone Heaven Zone.
